Hey thanks to Sweetiepie (what a fabulous name) ... I found this hub by SweetiePie about Avatars and the lines of this poem occurred to me... way out there on an edge of some sorts...

once upon an avatar
the mirror crept up on me... oh shit
not me not me... no no
I used to be insecure now I'm not so sure....
but then, WTF, what do I owe them... everything, nothing
I got up on a beautiful monday...and thought...
can I just be me for a little while...
rhetorical question to some god somewhere...
get some tattoos, lay out some more my life cards on an alone table

and then cut...

where was I... oh yeah the johnny be good playing
in the background kinda avatar... avartarious...
bring on more life
this avatar can handle it....
just a random foray in a SweetiePie kinda of world :-)
