Poem - The Doll
64Intro
I stumbled across this image, as you do, and the lines of this poem occurred to me
The image for the Poem
the doll asked me
do you know her tattooist Drax
no I said, hesitating, drawn to the image
wary of the doll's motives
any doll hanging by the neck has motives,
my motto
how much time have i got with this image
before the door of life knocks and I am disturbed
at being disturbed....

I am now disturbed also.
nice poetry with a nice photo attached to it. it really makes the person think for the exact meaning behind the scene
A tat on the doll would have brought it all together...The grouse on the couch appears unimpressed...been there, done that..? Or just waiting to pounce on that creature crawling out from between the cleavage...Larry
That's Grt.
Now this i like...especially the being disturbed at being disturbed. thats like the marrow to some of my stuff
I really like this poem, it has helped me, and given me inspiration. Thanks for that. I look foreward to reading more like this.
A deep, moving poem =)
Love the line "disturbed at being disturbed"... too kewl.

Very interesting poetry to accompany the image. There is a long story there.
