Globaltrade - a hub example 4Newbies

This Hub was built live as an example for Newbies, it was published 9.44 Thursday Aug 31st EST plain without any of the elements in place. The suggestions in my 10 Tip for Newbies (opens new window) were followed to let Newbies see the progression, the items added, external links and so on.

Step A - adding Group drop down box, already in place so click click

Step B - adding the revenue capsules, ditto my affiliate codes are in place so click click except;-

On eBay the keywords returned global sex etc etc, not exactly what I wanted so I'll have to play with it :-) Also I have just set these for 2 results, personal choice how many ads you want to show

Ok changed global to international and that fixed that...

Step C - checked 'Link to this page', if you click on it you will see it contains my default tracker code.

Step D - 'grilling' Trade hub, essentially following steps above...

Step E - Murphy's Law, cursing myself for leaving my password book at work and trying to remember the del.icio.us username and password.

Step D - added link to my del.icio.us page, now if this was a full page and popular this would bring traffic... ditto for Digg and Reddit, except digg is pretty techno (for poetry anyway ! )

Step E - added newbies and hubpages tags in the right hand nav bar...

Step F - modified the title since globaltrade is almost meaningless...

Step G - added global trade News Feed and about to add RSS

Essentially complete at this point 11.05, correcting typos and changing tense. Ok this took approx 1 hr 15 mins for two hubs since Trade is ready to go. Deduct some time since I'm on dial up, plus the lost password for delicious.

A hubpage can be built in about 30 mins folks...
